At Arencia Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fresh beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Experience team via the 'Contact Us' page or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
